MSU is a unit one of its own kind which serves humanity away from urbanity.The villagers feel a deep bond and friendship for the unit
despite all hardships.
The unit serves with the motto-A highest moral law is that we should
unremittingly work for the good of mankind.
In spiritual way formed by various regional societies religion has been
defined and treated as per their local and personal convenience,but this
unit extends its medical and surgical facilities to all human beings without any differentiation of local or social beliefs. The unit believes only in humanity with a concept of "Health For All".
MSU AND EDUCATION
The unit focuses its attention to education and awareness of local bodies and public regarding health apart from treating the patients.
-For prevention of diseases organisers ,CM&HO and patients are
well informed.The main role of prevention is played by the local authority and NGOs.
-Patients and local governing bodies are educated for prevention, cure and symptomatology of sexually transmitted diseases(STD)&AIDS
-Patients are given education for personal hygiene and cleanliness.
-Patients are educated for the need and means of family planning
(A)As there is a gathering of 5000-10000 people in each major camp and upto 5000 people in minor camps the local governing bodies or district authority or IEC department can publicize their health and government health programmes by arranging video shows,cinemas,posters &banners,etc.
(B)Because the M.S.U.department is carrying out various types of operations,diagnosing diseases in early and late stages,hence,it can be treated and recognised as a teaching institute for doctors of all specialities and nursing staff .
